Nestled on a beautiful 4 acre level lot, not one of those steep hill top lots, right on the main lake with over 500’ of beach front. There are no steps to climb or scary rail carts to ride to get to the lake. Some have called this lot, the best lot on pickwick lake. Located about half way between the Dam and Yellow Creek. There is good fishing from the bank and on the pier. Speaking of the pier, it is fabulous. Our pier stands about 8’ to 10’ above the water, goes out 100’ over the water and at the end there is a 10’x12’ cover patio deck with porch swing and chairs. Then there is 40’ ramp going down to a 36’ dock with a 12’x15’ sun deck for those who would like a good tan or just get some sun. You don’t even need a boat to go out on the lake, because you are out on the lake on this pier. The tastefully appointed cozy cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and of course, the master sleeps 2. All linens are furnished. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. There is a washer/dryer, satellite TV, DVD player and charcoal grill. A large screened in back porch with picnic table, porch swing and chairs is always a favorite place to be. The lake side of the cabin has a deck the length of the cabin with a small Jacuzzi and patio furniture. Sunset Beach is the perfect vacation get-a-way. A fun place on the lake!!!!!
